(Book Blogger Hop is a weekly meme hosted by Crazy for Books.)
This week’s question is from Somer, who blogs at A Bird’s Eye Review:
“Do you read only one book at a time, or do you have several going at once?”
Even though I generally read one book at a time, I very rarely am concentrating on one book at a time. I’m often backlogged on reviews, which means that as I’m reading the Current Book, I’m thinking about how I’m going to review Book A, Book B, and Book C.
I like reading one book at a time because it gives me the chance to revel completely in it; I’m not busy worrying about how the characters in the other book are doing, or how it’s going to end.
I’d love to expand on this forever, but I get to see my nephew tonight, and am totally distracted by family craziness. Happy reading?
Are you a book monogamist or polygamist? Why?
